Mr. Browning graduated from Emory University, with his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, in 2004, and received his Juris Doctor, from Boston University School of Law in 2008. Mr. Browning is admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association Probate and Trust Committee.
