WSZ represents businesses and individuals in all types of business and commercial litigation, including contract actions, shareholder and partnership litigation, labor-management disputes, employment issues, construction disputes, real estate litigation, and commercial collection matters. In addition, the firm represents individuals, fiduciaries and financial institutions in guardianship matters, will contests, probate litigation and trust litigation.

WSZ’s litigation practice includes representation in all levels of state and federal courts located in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as pro hac vice admission in other states where the firm’s clients require representation.
