E. Martin Stutchfield has practiced law since 1978, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, commercial collections and creditor rights litigation. Mr. Stutchfield is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations, Fellow of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation, member of the Commercial Law League of America and the International Association of Commercial Collectors, and a frequent speaker for Continuing Legal Education and National Business Institute seminars on Receiverships, Enforcement of Judgments, litigating commercial claims and collection law.

Mr. Stutchfield received his M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 1973 and his law degree from the University of London, with honors, in 1969. He also served as Special Assistant to the Attorney General of Rhode Island from 1977-1978.
